Visa Application

Upon request, the conference secretariat will be pleased to send an invitation letter for participation of the conference. It should be understood that the invitation letter is only to help participants who raise travel funds or to obtain a visa.

Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and obtain a Korean visa before coming. But people of 99 countries who want to visit Korea temporarily are permitted to enter without a visa according to visa-exemption agreements, or in accordance with principles reciprocity or national interest.

Invitation Request

Individuals requiring letters of invitation to obtain travel visas must be listed on a paper or in the program to receive an invitation letter. If you are in the CP2015 program, and are in need of an Official Invitation Letter from CP2015 for visa application purposes, please fill out and send CP2015 the Invitation Letter Request Form.

  • Please fill out a separate form for each person requesting a letter
  • All letters of invitation will be sent and by e-mail (as a PDF attachment)
  • CP2015 is not able to contact Korea Embassies in support of an individual attempting to gain entry to attend an CP2015 workshop

**NOTE: We recommend that you secure your travel visa before registering for the conference as cancellations after the early registration cutoff can result in a cancellation fee.
